Custom PC Upgrades

Its inevitable that with the passage of time your machine will become obsolete, full of clutter, perhaps even noisy and experience intermittent faults.  This is the time for a Service and/or Upgrade. 

Service - this is a simple clean of the system and includes the replacement of case and CPU fans - usually the first things to go - and a fresh installation of your Operating System and Drivers.  We obviously recommend that you back up all your work before handing requesting a service because it wont be there when you get it back - unless you want us to do the backups for you.  Contact Us via the link on the right and we will provide a quick quote.

Upgrades - The most popular upgrads include additional RAM and a better graphics card.  Don't get carried away though because some of the latest Graphics Cards are to fast for the old Processors!  Contact Us using the link on the right and simply complete the form or phone for guidance and a Quote.

Getting the PC to us - If you dont have a suitable box, we can provide a purpose made one for £20 (which includes delivery, foam inserts and VAT).  Once you have the Box, and you have packed the PC (lay it on its side - as you look at it from the front, lay it on its right-hand side; this ensures the heatsink doesnt exert to much pressure on the motherboard during transit) Contact Us to arrange a collection (its cheaper to use our Insured Courier than for you to arrange transport yourself. Simply pay for it when you book using your debit or credit card).  Collection is usually about £20/25 + VAT.

Any quotes we provide before a machine arrives are purely indicative and not binding since we might discover other issues that need attention.  If that is the case, we will not undertake the work without your prior permission.
