Keyboard/Mice

Choosing a Keyboard & Mouse

for your Custom PC

We have a wide range of keyboards and mice available including ergonomic options for those using a PC for long periods of time - helping to alleviate the symptoms of RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury).  For simplicity though, the website only uses our top three styles, namely:-

Style 1 - Genius C210 Budget Keyboard & Mouse

Great desktop for Internet browsing enjoyment
Nine one-touch hotkeys for Internet, Mail and Sleep applications.High resolution optical mouse for smooth working efficiency, Optional palm rest for extra typing comfort

Interface - PS/2

Style 2 - Microsoft Quality Keyboard & Mouse

Black Comfort Curve Keyboard and Black Optical Mouse. Ultra-thin profile keys and Striking Looks.

Interface - USB

Style 3 - Logitech Wireless 1500 Desktop  Keyboard & Rechargeable Mouse

Soft-touch key frame,  rapid-charge station for the wireless mouse.  Station also doubles as wireless receiver.Keyboard uses AAA batteries and the Mouse NiMH rechargeable ones - supplied.

Interface - USB (Plus USB to PS/2 adaptor)

There are cheaper and by the same token, more expensive options if you prefer - simply contact us if you have something in particular in mind.

Connections are important - ensure you are familiar with your motherboards rear connections (see Motherboard link to the right).  Some motherboards are doing away with the PS/2 Mouse altogether  and replacing it with a USB option instead - but still keeping the PS/2 keyboard.

Ultimately it comes down to personal choice and budget.

TIP - gamers and musicians prefer wired versions as the latency is a lot less; this isn't something to loose sleep over as its hardly perceptible with the naked eye, but it can make the difference between life and death to an online game or a nightmare for someone preparing a composition.
