Delivering Your Custom PC

Packing -  We take transit very seriously.  We have invested heavily in purpose built boxes and specialist foam inserts to guarantee that your custom PC arrives in perfect condition.

Courier - We employ an excellent courier company with excellent coverage and a reputation for fast delivery.

Insurance - all computers we despatch are covered under our insurance policy until you take receipt of the item.  Any damage in transit would therefore be compensated for and rectified.  To date, we have had no claims, which is a testament to the couriers and perhaps the packing precautions we take.

We deliver to -  the UK Mainland, Highlands and Islands, and Northern Ireland only. Some areas do attract surcharges, especially where they are very remote or a sea crossing is required.  To determine the cost of carriage, simply add your chosen PC to the shopping cart and choose the appropriate carriage destination.  The cost will then be displayed.

Cost - The cost to despatch items is based on weight, ie the budget systems which are much lighter, cost significantly less to despatch than the more expensive machines where component quality is much higher and the machines noticeably heavier as a result!

The maximum delivery weight the website caters for is 100kg.  For larger orders, revised figures will be provided.  Contact us first if you think there is a possibility of exceeding this limit. As a guide, 5 budget machines will be 100kg, whilst 3 to 4 of the other machines will be 100kg.

We do not deliver outside of the UK.

What happens if you are not in when delivery takes place?  Simple, the courier will leave a card detailing an attempt to deliver.  Simply contact them as soon as you see the card and arrange either a convenient time to redeliver or pop along and collect it at the depot - if collecting, you must take the card and two forms of ID, ideally your passport and Utility Bill confirming the address and who you are.
