Monitor Warranty - All monitors come with a direct warranty from the Manufacturer and not us.  Our Warranty covers all remaining hardware unless stated otherwise on the website.  Therefore any problems regarding a monitor,  must be directed to the Manufacturer of the monitor and not the reseller - this is the same policy all computer companys abide by.

Dead Pixel Policy -  All Manufacturers adopt a firm stance when it comes to pixel defects and harsh as it may seem, the odd defective pixel is sometimes considered normal, irrespective of whether a user dislikes it.  Several defective pixels may result in a monitor being considered defective, but you need to address all such questions to the Manufacturer direct and not us. 

We therefore recommend you  familiarise yourself with the Pixel Defect Policy of a company before buying.
